I use Vonage and HFSC on OpenBSD/PF works very well for VoIP.  Perhaps
my hfsc config maybe of some use. Please note that I am still in the
process of tuning and this is for ADSL (1.5/384). You will have to
adjust it to your environment (I am doing altq on both interfaces).
