PFCSIG PB4 and Oracle 7.0

Hello again.

I have a new address, but a similar question.  I am trying to find anyone who 
is running a PB 4 application on Windows NT with Oracle 7.  If there is 
anyone who has this setup, please email me through the list or back channel.  

We are having difficulty with this.
