Hi PFCers,
I converted a large app from 5.03 to 6.5.00 (Win 95, SQL Anywhere). It
was using PFC security under 5.03 and working (as well as PFC security
ever works). With 6.5, when I run the app with a userid who has security
restrictions, I get "A database error has occurred. Database error code:
2, Data truncated." Should I be able to expect the security settings
that existed in the 5 security tables to work for PB 6.5 or do I need to
scan the application again. Also, I've had nothing but horrible results
with the Security Scanner, so I'm hoping to NOT have to rescan the
application. Does PFC Security Service work at all under 6.5.00???
