I took a pb5.02 application and converted it to 6.5 and the security works ok in a 32
bit environment but could not get the security to work in a 16 bit environment. In
the 16 bit environment the program ran but the security settings were somehow ignored
(exact application). Since we went to a 32bit platform I found with pb6.5 that I
needed to use the cache service or it was too slow on the wide area network even
though it was fine in pb5.02
