You can use
        ADVANCED DEVELOPER TOOLKIT
                ADVANCED POWERBUILDER UTILITIES
                        POWERBUILDER OBJECT SEARCHER
to search a set of PBLs for specified string or object. This utility will
not replace any text but will help you to get a report, with which you can
manually go and replace the strings.

Good luck.

Subject: PFCSIG hi..

To all,

I work in PB6.5 with MS SQL Server v7.0 on WinNT.

I would like to know whether any tool is available to scan through an entire

powerbuilder application for a string and to replace the same with another
string.

Ex.

In PB Application, I would have used "C:\ABC" for refering to a file path
(it can be in any object) which should be replaced with "D:\XYZ". Doing
that manually is tedious. By mistake i may leave some which will land up in
problem.

So, If anyone has the tool, please update me as early as possible.

Thanks,
SSN
