Republican members of Congress urged a federal appeals court to
vacate the Federal Communications Commission's net neutrality

Because, you know, the dominant ISPs' profits have dwindled to almost
nothing and they're refusing to expand their networks -- OH WAIT, that's
wrong, actually their profits are booming and they're rapidly
expanding their networks, despite their dire predictions about net
neutrality. So presumably the GOP politicians are just trolling for more
checks in the mail.
