Suzanna Quintana said her ex-husband created the account
without her knowledge. He knew all of the personal information
LifeLock requires to open an account, but Quintana said she
didn't know about the account for months, possibly even years.
"Every move," Quintana said. "Not only financially, but every
single thing I did, he was watching." Quintana said LifeLock
alerts were being sent to her ex-husband every time she applied
for a credit card, a car loan or made charges to an account. "I
was amazed by the depth of information they had on me," Quintana
said. It took weeks to get control of the account, Quintana
said, but LifeLock didn't make it easy. At first, she said, the
company didn't believe her story. She's now pressing stalking
charges against her ex-husband, who lives in Wyoming.
