Notably, his account was not a permanent ban, rather a restriction from
about three weeks ago, so this does not violate Musk's statement saying
that any permanent bans would not be restored until after his
"moderation policy council" has been engaged. Now, what will be
*interesting* is to see what happens if West starts with
racist/antisemitic rants on Twitter going forward. -L
