What do the app stores say about hate speech?

If Elon plans to keep hate speech up on Twitter, no matter how he talks
of not "boosting" it or making it harder to find, he will run up against
not only EU regulations but also the iPhone and Android app stores.
Let's see what Google says:

"We don't allow apps that promote violence, or incite hatred against
individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion,
disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation,
gender, gender identity, caste, immigration status, or any other
characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or
  marginalization."

And what about Apple:

Apps should not include content that is offensive, insensitive,
upsetting, intended to disgust, in exceptionally poor taste, or just
plain creepy. Examples of such content include:

1.1.1 Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including
references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation,
gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups, particularly
if the app is likely to humiliate, intimidate, or harm a targeted
individual or group. Professional political satirists and humorists
are generally exempt from this requirement.
