Email SMTP TLS (STARTTLS) encryption is looking increasingly fragile.
I'm seeing more sites where it just suddenly breaks (e.g. TLS
Handshake error), and there's usually no practical way to debug it or
reach associated employees in charge of those servers. Often the only
workaround to get the emails delivered is to turn off encryption
entirely for outbound email to those sites, which is clearly not an
optimum solution. -L
