Regarding Pg admin4

Hi team ,
 I am getting the error while opening pg admin 4 and unable to understand below 
error , and i saw many videos about these
PermissionError: [WinError 32] The process cannot access the file because it is 
being used by another process: 
'C:\\Users\\rupik\\AppData\\Roaming\\pgAdmin\\pgadmin4.db' -> 
'C:\\Users\\rupik\\AppData\\Roaming\\pgAdmin\\pgadmin4.db.20240722153053'
Please assist me to solve this error.
