Six years ago I reported here that editing a table in pgAdmin doesn't work with
Japanese. It's simply impossible to enter Japanese in the grid.

The grid does not support the IME natively. The IME tries to compensate for
this by opening an "input bar" at the bottom of the screen where one can input
the word and select from the various alternatives in Japanese. However, this
does not work, because to approve the Japanese input, one has to press either
the Return key or Tab - both of which are intercepted by pgAdmin and move the
cursor to the next column.

I just tested it again, as I've been looking at several new database tools
today. I was hoping that pgAdmin has advanced in six years...

The application icon improved - now it has more clickable area. That's good, I
complained about that in the past and it's been fixed.

But the input in Japanese is still not working.
