Further feedback: I just had a problem with csv created by pgAdmin4 as a result of a query yesterday:
It resulted in a misformed csv: The file should have had 273966 rows and had 273829. Some rows (108) did not end with a linefeed and the next row was appended. The same query (and export) on pgAdmin3 worked correctly. Also: pgAdmin4 segfaulted while exporting the same query today.
