I am getting a error regarding an undefined reference to crypt when
I attempt to compile 6.5 on Caldera Linux 2.2. Caldera has not
included 'crypt' due to export issues.
I have investigated remaking my libraries with 'crypt', but it would
be simpler if 6.5 could be compiled without 'crypt'.
During ./configure, libcrypt gets a no... but near the end of the
compile, fail.
I have successfully made 6.4.2 on Caldera 1.3, but 2.2 has a
problem.
If possible to compile without 'crypt', please give explicit
instructions on where and how to tell the compiliation process to
not use 'crypt'.
