[ADMIN] Migrating from 6.3.2-4 to 6.4.2-4.

We are migrating from 6.3.2-4 rpm to 6.4.2-4 rpm. We are doing the upgrade
for the first time and need some guidance with the conversion. 

Would somebody give us some advice with the necessary steps needed to
perform the conversion?
