[ADMIN] Migrating from 6.3.2-4 to 6.4.2-4.

Lamar,

            After a careful analysis of our Postgrsql database and after
weighing the options and benefits  available to us at this point and time,
of migrating from  6.3.2-4 rpm to 6.4.2-4 rpm, we have decided to wait for 
the official production version of 6.5 rpm. 

            We appreciate the information that you have provided for the
upgrade to 6.4. We will be able to use it when we get ready to migrate our 
database to 6.5 rpm. 

Your welcomed assistance is greatly appreciated.
