How easy is it? That depends on your background. If you are new
to databases, Linux and ODBC you well have to do some reading.
I've done this, I did not think it was hard to set up at all.
Get Postgres set up and running first. Load some data and make
sure you can access it over your network. Once this works install
ODBC drivers of the PC. Go one step at a time and you should have
no throuble.
