[ADMIN] version 7.3.3 upgrade

The following comment can be seen on the main postgres page which discusses the new 7.3.3 release. Can someone tell me more about the reference to timestamptz_izone? Or is there a doc that will detail more about it? I want to make sure that we do not need to initdb again.

This release, as with all minor releases, does not *require* a dump/reload
to be upgraded to, but there is a change to pg_proc, as pertains
timestamptz_izone that only takes effect after an initdb ...
