I believe that this was the bug that an expression like
 timestamptz AT TIME ZONE interval
gave a value with the wrong return type (interval IIRC)

You don't necessarily need to initdb, you can correct this by modifying
the system tables manually, but I think the fix was made so that new
installees of 7.3.3 would have the correct behavior.  The details should
be available in the archives (including the update necessary i think)
