In devel, the raw HTML output looks like ... <pre class="synopsis"> ALTER FOREIGN TABLE [ IF EXISTS ] [ ONLY ] ... (with a line break) but before it looks like ... <pre class="synopsis">ALTER FOREIGN TABLE [ IF EXISTS ] [ ONLY ] ... (without a line break).
