No entiendo bien tu pregunta, 1. Backend (JAVA) hace BEGIN. Después hace una llamada SOAP al aplicativo en C. 2. El aplicativo (C+libpq), crea nueva conexion con BBDD, hace el Insert con *Autocommi*t y devuelve el id al backend. (NO se inicia ninguna transacción con BEGIN-COMMIT) 3. El backend hace la consulta dentro de su propio bloque transaccional.
Es posible que el autocommit tenga algun delay/lag?
