You mean by explicitly ifdefing out PG_MODULE_MAGIC_EXT to make it unusable in C++? Or just not adding the additional documentation that I added in my patch? I'm currently using PG_MODULE_MAGIC_EXT in the C++ extension that I maintain, and I'd prefer to continue doing so. Especially because it (currently) doesn't have to work on MSVC for my purposes.
