rhaas=# create table bruce (demonstration "integer");
ERROR: type "integer" does not exist
LINE 1: create table bruce (demonstration "integer");
^
rhaas=# create table bruce (demonstration integer);
CREATE TABLE

Note that if you try the same example with "text" instead of
"integer", both variants work.
