Have put a *really basic* Zwiki framework at:

http://advocacy.postgresql.org/documents

It's the same collaborative software used for the PostgreSQL Guides section, but without the look+feel added.

If you want to start editing stuff right away, then feel free to use it. If you'd like it to look better first though, then it'll be a few days...
