Hi, Attached patch for $subject.
With this patch, ALTER SUBSCRIPTION <sub> SET PUBLICATION <pub> [TAB] completes with "REFRESH" and "SKIP REFRESH". Specifying either REFRESH or SKIP REFRESH is mandatory after ALTER SUBSCRIPTION SET PUBLICATION, so i think it's good to add this.
