Agreed, but maybe put it up at the front?

Triggers:
    y AFTER DELETE ON x FOR EACH ROW EXECUTE PROCEDURE do_something()
    z (disabled) BEFORE INSERT ON x FOR EACH ROW EXECUTE PROCEDURE input_stuff()
