[Pgui-devel] Gaps in the ellipse

Just a non-serious bug I noticed in the un-filled ellipse:
There is a small (1 pixel?) gap at the top and bottom of the ellipse.
Is this an off-by-one bug?

Other than that, the ellipses seem to work perfectly!
