Yes..., :), this is true.  It's off by exactly one pixel when you construct a 
box around it.  I'll see what I can do about fixing it, I tried to fix that 
before, and remember that I made a descision to make it one pixel smaller 
than the box, but for the life of me I can't remember why I couldn't just 
"fix it".  One thing to note is that the algorithm because of symmetry can 
only construct even sizes, it will just ignore odd ones.  (The bit shift 
downward on the width and height in the very beginning dumps the "oddness" in 
the width & height)  I'll re-pull from CVS and post a diff to the present one 
if I can get a better behaviour from it.  I should probably document how it 
works too...
