[Pgui-devel] missing menu items

With the current CVS version of pgserver, I don't seem 
to have any menu items appear. (start blackout, select 
menu, and four empty boxes appear without any text). Is 
everyone else seeing this, or did I do something 
strange while building it? I tried a generic x86 build 
and a VR3 build; both had the same problem.
