Great!, unfortunately it still didn't solve my delimma..  I'm trying to
force the scrollbar to attach to the side of the PG_WIDGET_BOX it is
attached to. I have 2 of those widgets side by side, and both of the
scrollbars end up on the right hand side of the screen.. makes scrolling the
right hand PG_WIDGET_BOX un-intuitive.

Yep. There are several widgets that can act as containers for other widgets,
including ones you wouldn't expect like labels and buttons. There is no
artificial limit on the nesting depth.
