I'd be interested in seeing PicoGUI run on windows, but as I currently don't
even have a working windows installation I probably won't be the one porting
it :)

The infinitely looping make is usually caused by your system clock set
incorrectly, check that first.

I'd suggest poking at the build system until it works under cygwin, but using
native win32 for the actual port. For someone familiar with the win32 API,
it should be a piece of cake to write an os/win32.c module that implements the
interface in include/pgserver/os.h
