Well, VNC is really a terrible protocol for day-to-day use. It's good in
a demo environment since you don't have to install any unusual software,
but it sends every drawing to the screen over the network, rather than the
much more practical protocol PicoGUI uses.

pgserver should be pretty easy to port to win32, but I don't even have
a working windows machine and nobody else has done it :)
