None of the existing touchscreen drivers are rs232, but I'm sure that if you 
used the serialmouse driver as a starting point and looked at one of the 
touchscreen drivers to see how they send raw events, it should be easy to
write one. PicoGUI's if_touchscreen input filter will handle all calibration
and filtering for you.
