yes, libgit2 will be distributed with… er… well… pharo 4 :)

also… we need to make OSProcess work in windows too…
and we need (parts of the functionality) of OSProcess to be default
available in Pharo.
Especially since OSProcess is just wrappers around pre-existing
primitives in the Pharo VM ;)
