most of your scripts do not have sense anymore :)

- libgit2 is already 0.21 by default, and it is being correctly build 
- same for libssh2
- path links for libraries should be working now
- I would prefer you to make a pull request with the obsolete flags removal. 
- only script that looks relevant in the latests sources is the one for 
download 10.6 sdk

so no, better not add them (nor adding them to the README)… they where useful 6 
months ago, not anymore :)
