Pharo is indeed very active and very informative in Twitter. I used to dislike Twitter but it has become my favourite online tool.
I see Twitter as the headlines of newspapers, they are there to give you a very basic idea about specific articles . So I have selected a very small amount of twitter accounts to follow and this way every morning I have a nice newspaper to read the Twitter newspaper with all my favorite topics. Pharo, Python , 3d art, Astronomy and technology. I also take care when I post something to respect my followers and post something meaningful and actually useful to know. There is a lot of nonesense on Twitter but is also very easy to filter out what you don't want. If I had to pick 2 of my favorite online technologies that would be Twitter and Youtube :) On Sun, Dec 28, 2014 at 12:57 PM, Marcus Denker <[email protected]> wrote: > > > On Sun, Dec 28, 2014 at 3:04 AM, horrido <[email protected]> > wrote: > >> I have to say, I really don't understand this Twitter thing (I'm getting >> too >> old for this sh*t).
