Thank you for your input. It is very helpful. You're right, retweets can be important, too. I need to put in more effort to draw in more followers. Alas, I don't know where I'm going to find the time. I'm so busy managing all the other stuff (eg, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Amber tutorial, etc.) that I'm starting to get overwhelmed. *This is hard work!*
