-> GT is loaded via a Configuration. -> this load from the GT repo, 
*not* Pharo40. So this means that it looks in the wrong place I wonder 
why. Maybe we should copy the mcz files? This would be good anyway: all 
code of Pharo40 is in the Pharo40 repo. Marcus
