we should add the repositories to the projects because we should be able
to publish
in this repositories. Else it will be again the time of the guy fixing a
problem that will be consumed.
Or we can also simply say to people that we do not care of their time,
but I would prefer that we pay attention.
In that case this is simple for me I will not fix or even look at code
that is not in the
main system and with this approach we will all have lost something.
