To avoid having this morph hidden by others, what do you think about
putting it in a flap?

here is a proposition of a front morph that shows pharo logo plus
6 big buttons (About, Version, What's new, Browse, Save and Update).
It is only visible when World has less than 3 windows.
So, if you want to see it after having loaded the package, you maybe
have to close some windows.
