I don't know about you, but whatever font is being used in that
image is really ugly. It is grey instead of black, and hence
lowers contrast a bit of the text in the image. Or maybe it is
too thin, and the AA is being clever and making it grey.
It's just one font that came with the TT package... we can experiment
with different fonts and settings.
Adrian tried today the font that TextMate uses, it's is very nice for
code
(but not free). We should experiment a bit, especially to find a good
coding font that allows to disambiguate between 1|l and 0oO and is
mono-spaced.
The current font can be made a bit less gray by setting the
GlyphContrast to e.g.
55. (there is some error when changing the setting, but it seems to
work)
