Because Watery2 has more-rounded-than-usual buttons some extra space is
required to avoid the text/morph apearing outside the button image.

David and I are working on it. I have a few more suggestions for him soon
now that I've seen the latest dev image. He has switched to using
PluggableButtonMorphPlus which supports enablement but has left the "old
style" state selectors in place which affects the button colours.

The window model colours for themes that support the behaviour can be set in
the preference browser.

If Polymorph-TaskbarIcons is loaded you should get different icons for many
of the standard tools. I'll chat with David about getting some in for OB.
This icon also appears in place for the "menu" button on window title bars
(excepti9ng StandardSqueak ;-) ).
