+1 on this train of thought

I also see a  difference between the people building/maintaining
Pharo(-Core) & Pharo(-dev/web) and those using Pharo.

I am not a mailing-list person - I prefer the online (Nabble) discussion
forum - so I don't have email overload problems but a separate forum would
be useful.
