I guess that a lot of stuff isn't needed anymore and hence doesn't need to be reimplemented (?). We could deprecate such methods (or just delete them) and if later we figure some are really needed we can put them back again. I've quickly browser the references to HTTPSocket in PharoCore and there are not too many complicated ones, as far as I can tell. Adrian
