AbstractLauncher was removed in: http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4002
Cog has a subclass from AbstractLauncher called CommandLineLauncher, hence, it cannot be loaded anymore CommandLineLauncher has no class comment and no sender.
