yes, we tried to replace s/squeak/pharo/g in most resource files, but
for things which are hardcoded in VM it will be more difficult.
What we planning to do next is pharo-branded VMs, automatically built
out of the box, where all this nuances will be addressed (including a
VM version) but not in this release.
