Well. Maybe I am too stupid, but taking exactly the image you mention from
Jenkis, I DOES NOT WORK.
shift + "  or whatever, removes the selected text and lets only the opening
symbol-
cmd + shift + " just puts a 2.

I am the only one?  please, tell that no!!
