asDosTime
"answer number of seconds since Dos epoch (midnight Jan 1, 1980, UTC)"
^((self offset: Duration zero) - self class dosEpoch) asSeconds
Everything I found online says that DOS date/times are bit masked:

32 bits:
|Y|Y|Y|Y|Y|Y|Y|M| |M|M|M|D|D|D|D|D| |h|h|h|h|h|m|m|m| |m|m|m|s|s|s|s|s|
Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
