I was about to write a whole explanation when I found something.
Please add the following method:
ZnManagingMultiThreadedServer>>#stop: unregister
super stop: unregister.
self closeConnections
(ZnManagingMultiThreadedServer>>#stop can be removed).
This could fix your issue.
