Can you please send a screenshot? Quick look at Google told me that
Firefox has similar problems. Try to add this line to the
defaults/preferences/prefs.js

pref("layers.acceleration.disabled", true);

XUL can be modified by styles like HTML. Maybe it can be fixed by
special stylesheet.
